Dakshina Kannada Gowda Welfare Association ( R) Bangalore was started at Bangalore during July 2003. A few like minded people of Dakshina Kannada Gowda community residing at Bangalore under the leadership of Dr.P.Muddappa Gowda and Sri K.R.Chamaiah, ( Retired Law Secretary , Govt.of Karnataka)... moreDakshina Kannada Gowda Welfare Association ( R) Bangalore was started at Bangalore during July 2003. A few like minded people of Dakshina Kannada Gowda community residing at Bangalore under the leadership of Dr.P.Muddappa Gowda and Sri K.R.Chamaiah, ( Retired Law Secretary , Govt.of Karnataka) gathered at the residence of Prof. K.M.Shivaram to discuss about the formation of an Association consisting of the people of D.K.Gowda community settled at Bangalore. With the overwhelming support from those members present, the dream of having a Welfare association was fulfilled.
Dakshina Kannada Welfare Association Bangalore was registered with Registration No.334:2003-04 dated 11-7-2003 with its registered office at No.5, Ist Cross, Ist main, Palace cross road, Bangalore – 560020. less
